Our innovation - We’re constantly striving to stay ahead, helping our clients deliver what their customer wants to choose from the shelf – not just now, or next month but into the future. To do this we keep one eye firmly on the future – what’s on the menu in restaurants? What are chefs around the world creating? What do people want to eat?
We focus on insight – this comes from a lot of sources. We get out there – we eat in restaurants (it’s a tough job), we sample street food fare, we monitor trends, we read every magazine we can get our hands on and most importantly – we ask people. Research is a huge part of how we keep ahead of what’s happening now, to what’s coming up. Customers can be reassured we’ve got our finger on the foodie pulse!
When you combine this with our on-going investment in training and development for staff and in bricks and mortar new premises (our third site came on line recently adding a great new range of capabilities as strings to our food bow including yummy breaded cheeses), you see that we don’t just talk about innovation – we do it!
Let’s get technical. We can innovate because we’ve got the best quality facilities to create the best tasting and best quality chilled foods.
As well as a state of the art development kitchen (which would be nothing of course without our skilled and enthusiastic chefs!) in which to do the initial creative work we’ve also got the technical kit and know-how to make the results as good as the first time, each and every time.
We’ve got the technology to make sure clients get what they asked for, on time and have invested in our tech to make sure it’s future proof. This all means that our operational efficiency is industry-leading. Sorry, we’re showing off again.
But we also recognise that sometimes only the personal touch will do – that’s why we’ve also got facilities for those final artisan or hand-made touches like a hand-folded samosa.
Put simply our passions are food and people. We’re passionate about getting our ingredients right, making food that people want to eat. And we’re passionate about having the right people in place to do that for our customers – and to making sure they are valued, appreciated and having fun while they do it.
We think this passion comes through in our food, you can literally taste it.
