What’s Jack's role?

Jack worked under the acclaimed chef Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles Hotel and previously owned and run his own restaurant in his home town of Hartlepool

His passion for food started when he was very young, cooking the Christmas meal for his family at the tender age of 8.

Who I’ve worked for

Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. I won the Student of the Year at my college and the prize was a visit to Gleneagles Hotel, where I snapped up by the kitchen.


I started at 8 informally and formally since leaving school to go to college at 16.
